I am disappointed with my most recent visit to this urgent care facility.
Normally, my experiences here have been positive. The doctors and nurses have generally been prompt, professional, caring, and attentive, which is why I have continued returning to this location over the years. Unfortunately, this visit was very different.
I arrived seeking treatment for an on-the-job injury that occurred while responding to a life-threatening emergency at work, and I was experiencing significant pain. The injury had occurred less than 24 hours earlier, and I did not yet have all of the Workers' Compensation information available.

My family and recently myself get personal care from all their providers and staff including their receptionist. They remember our names and listen to our needs. Always recommend referring family and friends to Emergency One in all locations.
Waited almost an hour and a half to see someone, despite my pre-registration and on-time arrival for my appointment.
That said, the care was top rate; PA Rene Lacoulette was thorough and quickly diagnosed my acute bronchitis and the proper treatment. So, five stars for the care; zero stars for the wait and lackadaisical, inattentive staff...so, 2.5 stars here. People's time matters!
