Waited almost an hour and a half to see someone, despite my pre-registration and on-time arrival for my appointment.
That said, the care was top rate; PA Rene Lacoulette was thorough and quickly diagnosed my acute bronchitis and the proper treatment. So, five stars for the care; zero stars for the wait and lackadaisical, inattentive staff...so, 2.5 stars here. People's time matters!
Had an excellent and very thorough visit today at Emergency One Urgent Care. We are new to the area, and I developed vertigo symptoms a few days ago. Both the attending nurse and Kristine Lemus and R. Lacquette were very helpful in asking all the right questions surrounding the symptoms. They took my blood pressure several times in different positions, my temperature, fingertip pulse, and an EKG. They also executed the Epley maneuver which helps determine if it could indeed be positional vertigo, which it seems to be. I received comprehensive information to take home for reference.
