Went out of their way to accommodate me for an endoscopy because of some unusual findings on a CAT scan. I was treated professionally and with care, and was in and out in a very reasonable time. Dr. Purow and the nurses, anesthesiologist, and admission staff were excellent.

I cannot say enough about this practice, especially Dr.’s Fried and Purow. Thorough, attentive and sincere…a Trifecta in todays world. I would recommend this practice and both of these doctors without hesitation.

Very Positive experience from the check in thru final exit consult with Dr Alpern. Everyone involved reviewing chart, asking if I needed anything and offering blankets, all involved introduced themselves explaining their part in my procedure. Very pleasant experience wonderful staff

The Digestive Health Center of Huntington is a GI Ambulatory Surgery Center serving approximately 5,000 patients per year. The center was certified and opened in December 2002 after the hard work, dedication and perseverance of Drs. Paul Bermanski and Richard Fried (Medical Director and Assistant Medical Director). The Center is a free standing large facility fully licensed by the state of New York specializing in Endoscopy procedures, located in the heart of Huntington.
