I reached out to Alex last week after reading numerous reviews. He was very response and contacted me right away. We had a great phone call where I explained all of my concerns and booked an appt. Alex came to the house and was very thorough and very honest/transparent. I was really concerned of getting “scammed” into multiple air tests or companies telling me I have a mold problem when I don’t. Alex was nothing of the sort. He was so understanding and knowledgeable. I ended up not having any mold issue but he did suggest I get my ducts cleaned. Recommended a great company and they came the following day. I would absolutely recommend. It was a great experience.
