Steve was prompt and kept in contact with us on what time he would be there. He was friendly and courteous, and provided additional info on things we could do to reduce pests in our home. We would highly recommend Thomas Pest!
Matt was ahead of schedule (almost 1 1/2 hours) and I missed his arrival even though I got out of work early at 3pm. He tried calling me 3 times, I returned his call after getting out of work for I can't bring my phone inside, and told me he was almost done at the house. When I got home, Matt was gone. I schedule my appointments after 4PM because I get out of work at 4PM, can't always get out earlier, and I'm back home within 10 minutes. Matt did the outside and garage areas only. He did a good job.

The Valatie Community Board Facebook group overwhelming shouted out Thomas Pest when someone asked for recommendations... I found the reviews in that private group to be very accurate so decided to switch because I became dissatisfied with the company I had been using for the past several years.
Two inspectors came and did a very thorough walk-thru inside and outside. They took a lot of time to review their findings with no pressure. I asked a lot of questions and they were extremely patient.
We arrived at an affordable plan of action and I felt a HUGE SIGH OF RELIEF 🙂!
