Best decision ever! Easy living in a beautifully appointed apartment building with great amenities - the Spa is amazing during the cold winters. A bonus is the historic architecture of the old Greenport School. Christina "the GM" and her staff are welcoming and always willing to assist even when you lose your key in the gym equipment. 😉

My family and I moved in two weeks ago and I have to say it was the best decision we have ever made. Christina the GM was so welcoming and warm her staff knows their stuff and if they don’t they are honest and tell you they don’t have the answer but follows up with the answer later. We submitted a maintenance request to get our front door touched up with paint from the move and in less than a day it was done. Then maintenance called us to let us know the job was done. Now that’s what I called exceptional service. It’s always clean and beautiful throughout the complex. If you are considering to move here don’t think anymore just do it cause you won’t regret it at all. We had a wonderful time using the pool last weekend also check out the photos below
