Hired them for yard grading. They showed up on time, were super professional, and did an amazing job. Left clear instructions for how to care for the graded yard, and paying online was a breeze. I only wish they came out my way for regular lawn maintenance.
Redwood was very prompt in their communications, competitive in their estimate, and thorough in their work. With my job, we did run into a misunderstanding about the materials. I anticipated pushback & excuses, but they promptly changed things out without any pushback and made everything right. Not always a typical response when things go wrong with landscapers, so I was pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend.
We needed our lawn reseeded after paving and the reinstallation of a bluestone sidewalk to include drainage into an existing drain. From first call to first look was only a few days , and the Mr. Hillman came out for a closer look. He was professional and listened closely. He gave us a fair price on the work and an eta. Despite the torrential rains of May he and his crew showed up on expected date and did exactly what we wanted. The crew were very careful of existing work and were in and out as expected.
Redwood was an excellent choice for us. Fair price. Quality work done the way we wanted the first time and no need to return. We will certainly use Redwood again.
