As a professional managing a demanding, high-stress business, I am often told by those closest to me that I cannot “pour from an empty cup” and I must treat myself, my body and spirit for nourishment. Many have told me to book a massage as a treat to relieve my built up tension and stress. So I finally did and so grateful I have. One day a sponsored ad for Mike the LMT came up on my social media. After reading reviews I decided to go for it. I booked my appointment online with ease and Mike was very responsive from the beginning.
