J & R really saved us! Out of the blue we stopped getting full water pressure throughout our entire house. We were having a lot of trouble finding someone to help us fix it - plumbers were telling us it was an issue with our service line, excavators were telling us it was an issue with our indoor plumbing. In the end we needed a new service line to the house along with some indoor plumbing work coming right off of that line. J & R did the service line and coordinated the indoor plumbing work so that we could get our water back on as quickly as possible. I moved in to a new old house and found that my 100 year old clay sewer pipe was broken. With the runaround from a few other companies (and hefty estimates) for an excavation and fix for part of the line, I called J&R. They came two days later, handled all permits, and even returned when I had a scare a few days later on a Sunday (it ended up not being sewer-related). Because the job was done in winter, they came back in the spring to add topsoil to the gravel patch. Cannot recommend them enough.
