I thoroughly researched what and who I needed for a few jobs around my house. My concern, like all homeowners, is finding the right person to do the job right. I can honestly say that I’ve used John for multiple jobs in my house and the reason I call him back is because you won’t find more honest, respectful, trustworthy and transparent plumber/man of all trades. I will continue to use his company for any issues that might pop up and as a homeowner there’s always something that needs fixing. All Phase Plumbing is the real deal!!! I am very hard to impress and I give them a five star very easily. My husband was on a business trip, when our boiler cracked, just before cold weather was coming. It was so scary because the walls of my basement. were covered with steam water. More importantly, I couldn't even see, when I went downstairs. I had just prepared for bed, but immediately got dressed, retrieved an additional credit card, and prepared my pets to vacate the premises. My next move was to call the police and fire department, because the boiler was getting extremely hot, I thought it was going to catch on fire. I hired this company to do a job. There was a sword smell coming from my place. They all claim they need it a lot of work which ended up being $2500. The smell came back in less than a week and they did not answer my call or text or concerns. I called from a different number and he hung up on my face.The issue was they have a lot of Spam callers so they didn’t want to hear me or take my call.So I put this review in...I was called back immediately.They were happy to come out and look at the new problem.
