Xin Spa provides an affordable and rejuvenating spa experience focused on therapeutic massage. The atmosphere is comfortable and calming, with soothing music to enhance relaxation. The spa offers a variety of massage options, from 10 to 30 minutes, catering to different needs and budgets. Customers praise the skilled masseuses and the use of hot stones, which provide a unique and effective treatment. Many visitors have had deep tissue massages that they consider the best they've ever had, often at low prices, and are eager to return. The staff's service is highly recommended, especially the young masseuse, who has helped relieve knots and headaches. Though some note the location in the mall may not be ideal, the convenience is appreciated. Customers also emphasize the importance of tipping for good service, as the staff does an excellent job. Overall, Xin Spa offers a holistic and restorative experience, promoting health and well-being through massage therapy.
I haven't had a massage in years, and decided to treat myself. I booked the 45 minute back and 45 minute foot massages. It was absolutely delightful. The feeling of total relaxation and lightness that I left the spa with stayed for days afterward. The massage therapist was Andy. I highly recommended him and the Xin Spa to my friends. The price was extremely reasonable also ($100 for 1 1/2 hours). Treat yourself to a relaxing spa day. You are worth it!
Andy was excellent and professional! I have horrible muscle and back pain and he made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. Will absolutely be back. The price for the value of the massage was incredible!
My husband and I visited Xin Spa twice. The massages were excellent – strong, relaxing, and the women were very nice. We paid $140 for two combo massages ($70.00 each )(1 hour). The second visit, we again paid $140 for the same service, and my husband left a $35 tip for both women. One of them asked if the tip was for both, and when he said yes, she seemed unhappy with the amount. Later, we saw our bank was charged $180.25 – which is more than what we authorized. It looks like they added an extra $5 on the ticket without our consent.
