Visiting Angels takes a holistic approach to caregiving, which is why I like them so much. The relationship caregivers build with the client means caregivers are invested in providing really fantastic care because it’s more than a just paycheck, the client is someone they truly care about and want the best for. My dealings with all the office staff has been wonderful, they are always very kind and friendly. They’re easy to reach during “non office hours” if there’s an urgent client concern, which is important in caregiving. The Visiting Angels is both a company and the finest collection of people I have met in a long time. They have a corporate culture of service and excellence. They provide services essential for the care of a loved one who is ill and cannot do things for him/herself. They are able to convince even the grumpiest people to participate in caring for their own health. Their visits become something their patient looks forward to.
