The Vision Center provides a positive and comprehensive eye care experience. The staff, including Dr. Plow and Sydney, make patients feel comfortable and provide helpful guidance on frame and lens selection. The office is described as lovely and the visit went well, with a good variety of frames and no long wait times.

They were so helpful in helping me find glasses. They also are always trying to tell me straight forward what I will pay for things so as I make decisions I know how much I will pay for each additional services.

Pleasant decor — appears to be a comfortable space to wait. Friendly and professional staff. Very poor entrance into office — crumbling cement. For physically challenged patients the entrance is close to impossible; additionally, in the examining room that was used for me, there are NOT any assistive devices to help transfer from a wheelchair to an examining chair — no arms on chairs to help either. However, I am hopeful these deficits will be addressed because I think the doctor was cutting-edge and very helpful for me. Overall it is an exciting and attractive addition to the Village Square.

Dr Plow and staff made me feel comfortable as soon as I entered the building . My exam was comprehensive my questions answered - I was in capable hands . Sydney then took over aiding with frame and lens selection and the different options - all laid out logically . A very positive experience across the board .
