Absolutely recommend!! Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process; from the first phone call inquiry, to the final inspection report, and everything in between. No complaints!
We are home sellers and got the inspection to know what needed to be fixed before sale. We had the house built and have live here for 17 years, I felt like I was taking a test.... Great team. Efficient and thorough. Even found evidence of small roof leak that was fixed ~14 years prior.
The inspection was thorough, but done reasonably quickly as well. They went through the results and explained what they did and didn't do, and then promptly delivered a report that covered all the bases. All in all, a very professional job and a pleasant experience.
