I had a girls day and wanted my nails done. It's been so long since I have been to the Arnot Mall but they had a great nail place i had a picture of what I wanted. The design ended up a little different just because my nails aren't that big. But everyone who did my nails were amazing.

Me and my friend from out of town went in at 7pm to get pedicures (we called ahead to make sure this time was fine). It says they close at 8pm. Our pedicures were very incomplete and rushed. I chose from the start to not have my nails re painted since they didn’t need it so I just asked for a massage only. I was charged the full price for an entire pedicure even though I only received a 10 minute massage and a 30 second foot scrape with soap. My girl was very nice. My friends lady wasn’t as personable, they rushed her entire pedicure and didn’t scrape her feet at all, didn’t fix the nail beds or anything. We left by 725pm. Pedicure with Kaikai was amazing!! She takes her time and makes sure you are satisfied. Very friendly. Side note- avoid woman named “Helen” for manicure/nails!! She is rushed and will have melt downs about customer. Owner seemed to tolerate this behavior as she appears to be the nail tech that can complete 3 sets of nails when other staff take same time for 1 customer. When gluing on tips she rushes so glue doesn’t cover full nail. Quality of her work is poor. After I didn’t like her work she made me change chairs and then started working on someone else.
