Rose is amazing! Everytime I come in she is so welcoming and personable! She gets to know me and makes small talk with me. If I have any questions, she always knows the answer! The salon is spotless and seems to always have fresh bulbs that get me a good tan!
The Horseheads, Zoom Tan is great. You can expect a very clean facility, welcoming atmosphere, and the employees are very friendly. One employee who stands out to me is, Rose; she is just amazing. She has the best customer service, is extremely knowledgeable about both UV and spray tanning, she educates on deals and products without being pushy, and overall takes real good care of the facility and customers on a personal level. That kind of work ethic and personal care to a job, is a big factor in what makes a visitor become a returning customer. We need more people like that in this world!
Awesome staff with awesome customer service! The manager, Sarah, is always helpful and goes above and beyond for everyone that walks through the doors! By far my favorite Zoom Tan location around! 😁
