The guy who took my call and set up my appointment was nice. At the end he rang me out too. They had a lot of regulars in. I was grateful they got me in for an appointment on Christmas eve. I had only a 1 min wait in the lobby while I picked my gel color. Lan got me sat at table 8 right away and got started. She didn't talk to me much, but she was nice when she did. The ladies working there were all in a very deep long conversation in their native language. She did an amazing job on my nails. Beautiful shape, very smooth fill, Beautiful color application, and fast. I'm happy and I'd love to have her do my nails again.

Love PAK NAILS. Been taking my 5 year old daughter since last year. No matter who does her nails, they are always gentle and do an amazing job. EXCELLENT with kids and all customers. Highly recommended!
