Never had my car detailed before reaching out to ODells Auto Detailing. One thing I can say is that I'm very happy I chose them to take on my mess, very professional, great communication, and got done in a timely manner. My biggest worry was that it was going to cost an arm an a leg but Matthew spoke with me and helped me choose the best package rather then unchanging me! Made an appointment on the website for a detailing on my car, was greeted by a friendly text message confirming the details. Everything in the communication was both professional and welcoming. After I picked my car up I was amazed at the job done by ODell's, starting on the outside the car was washed and waxed to shiny perfection. Opening up the door a pleasant smell wafted out, and the interior was impeccable. The floors and mats vacuumed and washed spotless, all of the surfaces cleaned and treated, even the leather seats were treated. All the nooks and crevices were clean, it was just like new.
