I had a great experience ordering from Doug's yesterday! I only specified that I wanted vibrant colors, and they were gorgeous! It was just what I was wanting for a birthday surprise for my favorite cousin!

We have always had very good service and nice arrangments from Doug's, but they really outdid themselves recently when my brothers sent an arrangement order from Colorado. Over the years, we have received dozens of flower arrangements for various occasions from a number of different florists, but this was without a doubt the best one we have gotten. It was beautiful! What a grreat job. As usual, delivery was right on time, even though we are about twenty miles away.

I ordered roses for my mom's birthday and she flipped (not literally, and in a good way - she is 72)! Even with all the choices on-line and here in Rochester; I will always count on my hometown florist to make every special occasion even more special. You've earned my business for a lifetime. You've made me very happy by making the people I care about most very happy!
