I have been getting flowers for years from here. I usually have them delivered after ordering online and they do a wonderful job everytime! They also have a great selection of pre-made bouquets in store if you just need to stop in for a last minute purchase.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the interaction from start to finish with Doug’s. I am from out of town and had to place trust in what I was conveying by phone. They nailed it! They even coordinated the balloon, flowers, and vase to all be in the same color scheme. The recipient loved it and was very moved by how beautiful it was. Thank you for taking care and listening to your customers. I will be using Doug’s for any future flowers to my family in Hornell. Thank you for a great experience ?

I had a great experience ordering from Doug's yesterday! I only specified that I wanted vibrant colors, and they were gorgeous! It was just what I was wanting for a birthday surprise for my favorite cousin!
