My son got a speeding ticket in Steuben County. I wanted to avoid the numerous downsides of a straight “guilty” plea. Plus, I believe he was treated unfairly by the police officer.I did thorough Internet research and found Mr. Schu — overwhelmingly positive client reviews, etc. I cold called him, he gladly took my call and immediately informed me of a solution that I was completely unaware of. It was a 10 minute call, he solved the problem. And when I tried to offer my credit card for payment he declined my offer.If anyone needs an honest, accessible and clearly experienced western NY attorney…this is the guy!

I’ve worked with Mr. Schu and his secretary Michelle now twice. They both are very polite, responsive and have been very patient with me, especially being so young and not having a clue with what I’m doing, they’ve managed to help explain and get me through processes in a timely manner.
