Affordable Veterinary Service is a friendly and knowledgeable veterinary hospital that provides affordable care for pets. The staff takes the time to explain normal side effects and what to watch out for after surgery, going above and beyond what is provided in pamphlets. They have diagnosed and treated serious conditions such as ulcers, and have successfully removed tumors from pets, helping them to regain their health. The cleanliness of the hospital and the care given to animals has earned the trust of long-time clients, who continue to return for all their pet's needs.
Dr Ramos helped us when we needed to put our family pet to sleep. He was MY cat ... I loved that cat more than most people. Dr Ramos was very thorough in explaining the procedure .... and allowed me to stay in the room to comfort my boy during the entire procedure. She allowed me time alone and understood without judgement when I was sobbing afterward. Her compassion showed through x 1000. I appreciated that more than she will ever know. Kudos to both her and her staff - exceptional service! Recommend 100%

The best vet ever! Dr. Ramos and her secretary are the nicest people ever. Will never take my pets anywhere else. She has to live forever now. She is very knowledgeable, kind and gentle. She doesn't rush us, and takes her time with the animals to make sure they are comfortable.

I have had both my rabbits fixed (spayed/neutered) here and they are incredible. They took amazing care of my buns and I was able to take them home same day! The staff is so friendly. I payed under $500 for both of them. Very affordable (initial check up visit and the spaying/neutering). Most exotic pet vets I found were almost $900 per rabbit. Highly recommend this business!
