Doctor Bauer and his assistant gave me hope! I went in scared and ready to leave out in tears due to past trauma and experiences, yet my entire experience was so pleasant and painless. Dr. Bauer was extremely gentle and his assistant was there to reassure me that I’ll be ok. I wish i knew her name, but thank you sweetie you’re the kindest and you made me feel safe. ❤️
I had a great experience at The Smilist Fishkill with Dr.Bauer and his assistant Maria. All of the staff there are very friendly and the office was very clean and modern. Love the decor!
I had a horrible toothache that started Christmas night. Next day found out most every dentist in the area was on vacation. (I don't have a regular dentist as I am fairly new to the area). My insurance company made me this appointment on Wednesday for the next day. I waited about 5 minutes to be seen. Tech was lovely, she took lots of x-rays, the dentist saw me briefly and said I needed antibiotics and ultimately will need my tooth extracted and sadly more work. Front office staff made appointments for a cleaning and the extractions. Every one was very nice and friendly. Very nice up-to-date office.
