My experience with taxpert has been and is wonderful. Ms Fran who's no longer working and has since living the life of retirement was the reason I stayed along with my new taxes preparer Ms. Christine. These two ladies are the best individuals anyone could ever have to do their taxes. I salute you both for your excellent customer service and willingness to be a blessing to those in whom you serve. I have never had a bad experience with this office so I am not sure what the other reviewer experienced. My family and I have used them for a number of years and very accommodating and friendly. And most of all are not rip offs and always trying to get you the most money back. I highly recommend anyone in the hopewell off. I personally use Sherry very good at what she does.

Been a customer for 11+years. They are easy to work with and very reasonable priced! Never had any problem with them, but then again we are never in a hurry and are reasonable people to work with as well! Great company!
