It is such a welcome change to take your child to the doctor and not have to wait. To schedule an urgent care visit online is so convenient. To be seen within minutes and not hours. I hope optum and these other providers start paying attention. Take your children to PM pediatrics if you want your child to receive care but don’t want to spend hours in the ER or urgent care.
The facility is nice. Everyone was very polite and we were seen quickly. I was disappointed that 24hrs later I still don’t have an official report from the radiologist. The Dr. That examined my child said that her foot was just bruised. She didn’t see any breaks but the radiologist still needs to read the X-ray’s. I asked if she was sure because from what my daughter was explaining I thought it had to be broken or maybe a sprained ligament. She could not bear any weight on it. The next day we went to our Dr. Who confirmed it was broken. He was puzzled why they didn’t take an X-ray from the side of the foot where she was complaining of the pain. I’ve visited PM Pediatric urgent care several times now. It has become my go to my when my littles aren’t feeling well and so far every nurse and doctor has been warm, welcoming, diligent in giving me information on what my children have or how to properly care for their sickness. Thankful for their services and patience with my kiddos and myself!!
