Absolutely worthless! Waste of time and money! Took my 14 year old daughter there because we couldn't get an immediate appointment with her regular pediatrician. They did absolutely nothing to help her. They also charged more than my regular copay, and the receptionist tried to tell me it was mandatory to keep my credit card on file!!! I refused to sign that form and she made it sound like she was doing me a favor by "letting it go this time.". First and last time I will ever go there. Had to wait two days for her regular pediatrician and finally got some answers...I can't even imagine calling the lady there a doctor... What the heck is going on with our health care system!!!!
1st observation was how clean it was and even smelled clean walking in. . Made easy online appointment for an ankle injury 10pm seen Dr and had xray out by 11! Dr was super nice as was the rest of the staff. Glad we have somewhere to go besides Hospital that you'll wait hours for. I couldn't even get appt for orthopedic anywhere or to do a walk in. Def recommended coming here!
They have always taken great care of our kiddo, from tummy bugs to a broken wrist. Staff is kind, docs are so great with a scared kid and I’m take the time to speak with them, as well as the parent.
