Was having an issue with my laptop. Was looking to drop off at shop in east fishkill my when I found out they are located upstate now. They took time to walk me through how to reboot the computer over the phone. They walk me through & fixed my issue without even charging me. I can’t say enough good things about this company & how professional they are! 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ in my book!

Wally took care of my son’s tower. We brought it to him without knowing exactly what was wrong preventing it from booting. Wally was immediately able to diagnose and provide direction on the next steps to fix the tower. Throughout the repair Wally was always available, incredibly knowledgeable, and ready to provide support. He is honest, fast, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, with quick response times and very fair pricing. After meeting and working with Wally, we will continue to work with him if/when a repair is needed or if we are going to build new. Thanks Wally.

Wally is a great guy and very knowledgeable about computers! He reached out to me right away and kept in great contact throughout the process of fixing my PC. I wouldn't go to anyone else for any computer issues and if I ever need to build a new computer he will be the person I call.
