I had a very scary, and dangerous situation at our house, and the technician was here so fast! Everything was co-ordinated with the power company for me, problem solved, worry gone. What a great company!
I placed an emergency call into the office as soon as they opened and Jamie was at my residence within a half hour. I was at work at the time and he called me to let me know the problem was taken care of and I had nothing to worry about. It was such a relief to have the issue taken care of so quickly! I own horses and not having power for an extended period of time means I need to find an alternate source of water for them.Would give them TEN stars if I could!
