The entire staff is also considered great, kind, and caring. They provide compassionate medical treatments for pets. In emergencies, including after-hours on a holiday, they have been prompt and helpful in life-threatening situations. They treat both pets and their owners with memorable compassion during difficult times. The clinic has accommodated out-of-town visitors with same-day appointments, showing kindness. For these reasons, many clients recommend the clinic and consider it a blessing to the community.
Very knowledgeable, kind, caring. Dr Shelley and Dr Delaney are both incredible doctors. The rest of the staff is equally helpful, and kind. My cat had non stop crystals and infections. They tracked it down and it's all under control.
Dr Delaney is a wonderful vet and great human being.He is kind, thoughtful, caring and so knowledgeable.The entire staff is great as well.We're so blessed to have Hoosick Vet.
Update: Due to the fact that I stood at the counter for a good 30 minutes while staff & vets walked past me without even a word of acknowledging me... when I was there for a scheduled apt, a cpl years ago, I left this practice and returned to my longtime vet.

Recommended by a friend, when we were in crisis with our 13 year old lab. We couldn't find anyone else to see her, after hours on a holiday (Labor Day 2018). They said yes, bring her in right away. We drove the 30 minutes and were greeted with 2 wonderful ladies and a stretcher! They treated us and our lab with such compassion & care.
