I had my first manicure at Ultimate Image Hair Studio and it was a great all-around experience. Heather made me feel comfortable and welcomed from the moment I walked through the door. She took her time and made sure to check in throughout the service to ensure everything felt good. As someone who is nervous about getting my nails done since I’ve had some negative experiences elsewhere in the past, she made it very easy for me to want to rebook in a few short weeks! The salon was also very cozy and clean. Thank you for a lovely first service.

Myself and my family have had only great experiences at Ultimate image salon. Heather is great, fun loving and creative. She did a wonderful job correcting my hair color. She hs cut my son's hair my husband and my daughter. We will keep coming back. Prices are reasonable and up front and the services is even better!

I've been a customer for many years and highly recommend them. Color, cut, mani pedis as well as a skin care room now. Friendly talented stylists and some boutique shopping as well! Walk- ins welcome too. Short drive from Tully or Cortland.
