Great company overall.
I had my chimney cleaned by a different company I have used in the past, 2 years after moving into a new house. The tech told me that the clay flue has decayed over time with pieces falling into the bottom with risk of blocking air flow, CO poisoning etc (which was actually true). He recommended installing a new stainless steel flue liner. However he claimed that it will need two days of complicated work. The way he described the work didn’t make sense to me and it seems that he was making the work look more harder than it actually is.

Great experience! After moving into a new home I wanted to have the chimney cleaned a caps added. The team came, assessed the chimney thoroughly and were able to clean, add chimney caps, and make needed repairs all during that same visit.
