Sadly I love the place but def won't be back. I've been in three times the last few weeks, probably spent close to $700. Today I had a coupon for $5 off of $75 (spent $187.78) on the perenial side alone, woman first told me the coupon was not theirs (downloaded it from the Local Flavor site), when I said it was a legit site and no doubt theirs she said, "oh I can't take digital coupons" (you literally scan the same barcode as if it was on paper). I gave up and went to the other side, but because I only spent $31 over there the woman on that side said she could not honor the coupon either but that the woman accross the street was wrong. It's not even the $5 it's the fact that I was made to feel like I was trying to scam them, all for $5 bucks. I have my two receipts from today and am looking for the others just to confirm how much I have actually spent there over the last three weeks because its a LOT of money to be made to feel the way they made me feel.
My go-to place. Always excited to shop at Bloomin Haus. Organized, clean, and their plants are well taken care of. Checkout is a breeze with the friendly staff.
