It's a great place. I like the classes, Heidi has to be my favorite instructor. The crowd downstairs really depends on when you choose to go. If you're in there between 10am - 2pm it'll probably be all the retirees. And if you go after 2 till 5pm you'll get the high-school crowd. And after 5 ofcourse are the adults who just got back from work. Just pick your poison. Love the place, have been going here for over a year
Not bad for a small town gym. Foot print is a bit on the smaller side leaving the variety of machines a bit on the lacking side. But with a good bit of creativity can get some great workouts in. Only complaint, as with most gyms, are the annoying teenagers whom camp on equipment on their phones while also being loud and obnoxious. However of you don't mind waiting for them to have cleared out, by 1730- 1800, quiets down significantly.
My boyfriend and I joined Studio 22 Fitness a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier. It is clean, friendly, and has all of the right equipment for a great workout. Plus being open 24/7 is so convenient. This facility outweighs that awful big box one we came from by every aspect. Thank you Studio 22!
