I recently went back to Best Buy to get my touchscreen computer screen replaced. They refused to repair it even though I was willing to pay out of pocket and even though I had purchased the laptop there. I was stuck with a $1500 laptop which had a stripe running across the screen. The laptop is only a few years old. I found Equinox Technologies on my search engine and was helped by Tim. He ordered a new display and called me when it was delivered. I dropped it off at his shop and several hours later he had me pick up my computer. It's working better than ever. Tim is the absolute best when it comes to computer repair! He has saved me out of a few major laptop repairs and has always exceeded my expectations. He is an absolute pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him!
