Whether it's within the laundromat or through your pick-up and drop-off service, your team has always demonstrated outstanding efficiency and professionalism—regardless of the weather. Rain or shine, my laundry is always delivered on time, and in excellent condition.
I also appreciate the quality materials you use, which help keep my clothes soft, fresh, and well cared for.
This past weekend we found ourselves needing some laundry assistance. My Grandkids were sick, My Daughter In Law and Son were Exhausted from Sleep Depravation. I called Anthony to see if he could accomodate a family of 5 laundry with a quick turnover and he said NO PROBLEM. I was shocked at how friendly and concerned he was, he went to the kids house to pick up the laundry within 45 minutes of my call and had Julia process the order in a timely fashion. She has a lot of pride in her work as the clothes were folded meticulously, they smelled fresh and they were fluffy soft, as if I washed them myself.
