I accidentally stumbled upon this nail salon about a year ago because my friend desperately needed her eyebrows done and we were in the area. The eyebrows came out fabulous that day and I decided to give them a shot at doing my manicure pedicure. Not only are they reasonable in price but they really do the BEST job. My friend and I get our acrylics filled there once every two or three weeks (for $23 at that) and I've tried other places... none come out as clean as Ruby's! The 4 stars are for the way this business is ran, not for the actual service, it gets really crowded in this spot and the wait is sometimes ridiculous. Someone starts your nails and someone else finishes which is really annoying. I only come here for my pedicures and the first time i came Nuuman, did my nails. He did a fantastic job and was so sweet. I absolutely loved my pedicure. The shape was just how i like it. The second time I came here, someone else did my nails. So kind!! Stayed late to finish my manicure and pedicure. They're not my primary nail salon and I am not a regular, but I have had some hit and miss experiences in past due to previous owner/manager here - however recently I was in an absolute rush to get my nails done last minute and 5 min before closing and they didn't turn me down. Did a great job and the ladies were all friendly. Thankful for this experience, can't wait to come again!
