I was told by the manufacturer LAARS, to use this company to repair my Natural gas wall hung unit . It needed service . Again.
This company responded to the call but sent an older gentleman who did NOTHING but look at the screen when there was obvious problem with the unit.
PULSE DID NOTHING ! Even after being recommended by LAATS.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY ONLY RESPOND TO CALLS TO GET $195 TO WALK THROUGH THE DOOR BUT HAVE NO EXPERTISE ON HOW TO REPAIR THE UNIT .

Ed was able to find a sensor off a similar model number that matched the specs of my troubled water heater and saved my business from having to operate without hot water. He went above and beyond to assist me and I am very grateful. A loyal new customer for life!

Pulse Combustion is simply the best customer service provider for homeowners. They responded to my call of no heat on a 5 degree day, 2 hours after my call, they came, left, charge me very reasonable and my heat is on. THANK YOU PULSE COMBUSTION!!!
