Earlier this year, I busted my right foot and realized how much I took my mobility for granted. Weeks in a cast and months of physical therapy paid off in getting me to a place now where I'm comfortable/confident enough to run, jump, hop, etc. again. Today was my last day of PT which was bittersweet. Truly grateful to Professional Physical Therapy of Hicksville for helping me to build my strength up, get my arch back, pushing me to challenge myself and exceed my own expectations. Thank you!
