Excellent realtor. Super professional. Well-connected with peers.Preetinder is one of the best realtors we met in the Long island area. He is very knowledgeable in his area and provides genuine opinions when necessary or when asked. Also, we never felt rushed during a showing and nor felt inundated with a number of showings in a session with Preetinder--a rarity of combination in the realtors of the Long Island area.Preetinder is a very polite, patient and an ever-smiling professional. He made us feel very comfortable during the whole process from short-listing to accompanying us to 10s of showing to closing. His personality made some of the stressful showing sessions enjoyable for us.He is in close association with other realtors, real-estate bankers, and inspectors. As first-time home buyers, we had limited knowledge about the process and hardly had any relevant connections. His connections made many time-consuming tasks super quick. Preetinder worked in association with Ms. Komal Kataria (another gem realtor) throughout the process. Very efficient, helpful, polite and highly professional. I had a great experience with Preetinder.
