Service technician was very good he fixed the problem of our boiler and was also helpful in setting the system for enhanced heating, bled several radiators and was just very professional
I just had my burner and water heater serviced for the upcoming season by Petro home services. They sent out a gentleman named Steven. He was terrific!!!!! Steven took his time going over all the pieces of the oil burner and water heater ,explaining as he went . He was professional, methodical and meticulous at his job. He gave attention to every part as though it was in his own home . BRAVO Petro for having great customer service and knowledgeable technicians taking care of your customers. We have been using Petro home services for more than 7 years. I am writing this review because the technician, Steven Nelson who just did my oil burner tune up blew me away with his knowledge, his professionalism and his great personality. He was just so nice to deal with and explained many things I wasn't even aware of. Usually, I barely interact with the technicians previously , but Steven made this service call pleasant. He is definitely an asset to your company and should be acknowledged for the excellent service he is providing to your customers.
