I have been having some issues with a new pc system and contacted LIPC Techs. I explained that I wasn’t computer savvy and had reached my limits as far as patience with crashes and unwanted programs etc. Mark from beginning to end explained everything he would do and then some. He was personable, honest and extremely knowledgeable which made me feel that I had contacted the right person for the job. I was amazed at how quickly he resolved all of my issues and advised me about some other issues that will greatly enhance the computer’s operation and performance when corrected. I highly recommend this company and would use it again without hesitation.
I have never had better service. Marc is well versed in his field, up front and a pleasure to work with. The service I received was in the home. His prices are well worth the service you receive.
