Kids loved the dinosaur bounce house slide combo. Ordering was easy, with confirmation a week out and the day before. A military discount was given for a retired Marine Corps member. The set up and dismantle team was quick and out of the way. For a thirty-something birthday party, the “Joust” Ring was a huge hit. Communication was clear and consistent. The team cleaned the entire thing before leaving, and pickup didn’t need the customer at all. From reservation to set up to pick up, the service was amazing and effortless. The company is super easy to communicate with, friendly, helpful, and professional. Prices are very fair compared to others. Customers highly recommend Jump and Jam and will use them for all future party plans.
They were wonderful! We had a great time with the bounce house! The team setting up was quick, and very professional. And the team that came and picked up the bounce house was also great. Would for sure rent from you again!
