I was getting text messages for awhile from EcoSheild that I owed money for awhile. Every time I tried to call I would be transferred to someone in the Philippines I would ever have a very hard time understanding the people with the accent and would always ask if they could transfer me to the US one time I was transferred to Mexico and Mexico told me they couldn’t transfer my call to the US . Yesterday I lost it and very specifically said I had to be connected to someone in the United States And finally, I was. I’m giving a 5 start review to the call center agent only. Carl was fantastic and cancelled my service without a early termination fee. I was scammed into a year contract by a salesperson named Vic, who conveniently no longer works for ecoshield. He told me that it would not be a contract and to cancel at the end of my promotional quarter (aka insinuating it was only for 3months). Thank god I called and got Carl, because I would have been charged a $200 cancellation fee. Beware of salesmen with incorrect information!!
