Was in dire situation with one feet of rain overflowing for hours from sewer trap in basement. I was unable to keep up eventually with wet vac and shoveling water in empty full cans. Alex was contacted at night and he sent Matt to our home who arrived quickly after the call. He used utility pump which helped right away, vacuumed all the water on floor, and out from the several cans of water I dumped. He also disinfected the wet areas. I needed fans and dehumidifier to help dry out and prevent any molding. When the equipment was picked up after 3 days; he helped by disinfecting areas again. Service was very much appreciated.
