I can't even begin to describe how much we love and are obsessed with our first floor remodel. From Bryan's hilarious but professional character shown throughout the entire project, to Andrew's amazing music playlist while working, to Jim's attentiveness to every detail and responding to our every request, to Marianna's daily phone calls providing us with an update on the next day's schedule, and to Jamie's advice on picking out a great color scheme, I have nothing but great things to say about Bryan Christopher Lanzello Remodeling and Roofing and their staff. From beginning to end, we experienced nothing but undivided attention and had all of our questions answered regardless of how silly the question was. Bryan assured us that we would be in good hands and he delivered on his promise! He appreciates law enforcement and military personnel, both of which my husband serves as, and he provided nothing but great service and respect. Look no further for any of your remodel needs because I promise that you will not be disappointed!
Lanzello did a great job on the remodel project for our house (upstairs: two BR, 1 bath). Bryan regularly checked on the work, and the office was always responsive and good with updates and timetables. Special shoutout to Jim, who was very helpful and served as a great point-person on a day-to-day basis. When the job was done, we had an unrelated emergency need, and the Lanzello crew were quick to help us out (no extra $$). The quality of their work is excellent, and we look forward to having them continue with our home improvement projects.
Bryan and his crew did my roof over 12 years ago Did a EXCELLENT job.. and with this past windstorm that took off a shingle I made a call to them first. Didn't want a handout (just to be treated fairly) but he sent one of his guys over to address the issue. No Charge (other contractors wanted $300 just to climb up there) What can you say about a Contractor that stands behind his work 12 years later.. Well you say they are Simply THE BEST Thank you All At Lanzello
