I have purchased numerous stove parts as well as fuel from MVHH over the last 5 years. The Owners have always been courteous, willing to spend time "digging for parts" and explaining details of pellet stove installation/operation to me, a novice at the time and despite my having purchased the stove elsewhere (used).
