Planned Parenthood - Hempstead Center

The receptionist and nurse I saw was extremely kind, only thing about my procedure is I felt pain during the removing of my neplexon implant and the procedure continued even though I said it felt sharp. Procedure of putting it in was a success but leaving with pain wasn’t in my agenda and now I’m traumatized. Giving 2 stars only for the receptionist and nurse I saw before my procedure.

Came here for testing. Vanessa ans Savannah are the nicest people ive ever met. I always get extremely anxious going to doctors offices especially for testing but thanks to them i was calm and it was a smooth and easy process. They made me laugh and also felt comfortable with my own body. These moments are extremely scary and anxiety inducing and its really nice to have people that understand and genuinely care about you and your health. Thank you to PP Hempstead I will always come back here! ?

i love this planned parenthood office! the staff are so kind and caring, they eased so much stress and really took the time to explain everything thoroughly when i had my visit. my birth control was refilled without having to call and ask for a refill!! :)) i’m so happy- so many instances from past gyn offices where i had to call & ask for a refill, and my prescription wouldn’t ever be ready on time. i’m so relieved, thank you planned parenthood hempstead! you guys are helping me in so many ways, such amazing service! :)
