Michelle was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, she was so caring, compassionate, and supportive. She took the time to listen, made me feel comfortable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt cared for. Her kindness and reassurance meant so much to me during a stressful time. It’s rare to come across someone so genuine and dedicated in healthcare. The office is very lucky to have her, and I’m incredibly grateful for the wonderful experience she provided. I have always appreciated this office because of how kind and welcoming the staff and doctor are. However, my experience at today’s appointment was very disappointing.
The nurse practitioner, Tara St. Rose, came across as dismissive and unprofessional. I did not feel heard, as I was not given the opportunity to fully answer her questions, and she appeared frustrated when I couldn’t recall certain details. What was most concerning was being questioned about using a false name for prior visits simply because my records could not be located.
On a positive note, the assistant and front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful, which I truly appreciate....read full review
