If you are doing your immigration medical, stay away from this office. I had my I-693 medical done here, and they gave me a form that was already close to expiring even though they knew it wouldn’t be submitted right away. When I contacted them (after my lawyer warned that USCIS would reject the expired form), I simply asked for the same form to be reissued with a new date. No new lab work or exam was needed just an updated form with the same information. They told me it would cost $200 to get the updated form. That is completely unreasonable. No new medical testing was required, and this could have been avoided if they had timed the form properly in the first place...read full review
Appointment for 130 and didn't see the Dr until 430... I was sick and out of work for 2 days, scheduled an appointment when they were closed and they wouldn't give me medical documentation for the 2 days I was off. They agrees to document 1 day only if I gave them 10 dollars. I wouldn't have minded any of this if there customeservice was good. It took 10 receptionists and 1 hour to get me that note. And they were very rude, especially the Hispanic woman with the dentures. No customer service skills whatsoever.
Dr. Honore, was great and treated me like a living human being by sharing knowledge with about my issue. He was professional, attentive and caring. The other staff were great as well. I think they could speak in a lower tone since their desk area isn’t far from the waiting rooms.
