Today, I went to my hair color appointment and was very dissatisfied with the service. I showed Barbara the exact hair color look I wanted, but she seemed to misunderstand my choice. Unfortunately, she ended up doing the worst hair color on my hair. She had a significant communication problem, and the other staff members were also rude. I highly recommend avoiding this place for hair color, especially if you have dark black hair and want a specific look. They simply do not listen to their clients' wishes.

This place is great, everybody is so pleasant and friendly. Barbara is the best, she gives a gray color and highlights. If you need to find a good place to get your hair done you found it !! Also if your hungry there’s a small food court downstairs!

I didn't want to make a post in anger but it's been a month since I went there to discuss my awful results.In May I got the Magic Sleek treatment done on my hair only for it to fade. I went back in July to discuss the results. I have been using sulfate free shampoo, I haven't gone swimming since May and I wash my hair about once a week. When I met with HX salon in July they said they've never seen anything like this happen and they were shocked. I was initially told this would last until November only to have frizz come back as though I never received the treatment.
